How long does shipping take?

Depends on where the parcel is sent. For UK shipping I use 2nd class (2-3 business days). US shipping express shipping (3-4 business days and for economy shipping 2-12 weeks (no tracking)

Refunds and returns

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your order, you have within 20 days of purchase to request refund and send back parcel (only if unused).

How long will a refund take?

Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days of the parcels arrival

What if my parcel arrived damaged?

If there was any damage to your parcel you have within 20 days to contact us and we will be more than happy to find a solution. Replacement product will be sent within 10 business days

How long for dispatch and processing?

From the date the order is placed, UK dispatch and processing generally is a 2-3 business day window. For US 4-5 business days. I try to ship out as fast as possible and try to schedule multiple collections for smoother production.

What are the shipping days?

I try to ship out orders every Tuesday and Friday. If you happened to place an order on or before this day, you have a greater chance of faster arrival

What are you candles made out of?

I use sustainably sourced soy wax and non toxic vegan fragrance. All candles are free of sulphites and carcinogens. Double wooden wick for slow and efficient burn. The combination allows for maximum burn time
